i would say that eating canned spaghetti is not that big of a deal once in a while. this is coming from a fit and healthy woman who eats fast food at least five times a week. calories are calories and as long as you're burning as much as you eat, you won't have to worry about weight. keep an eye on cholesterol and salt intake and make sure you get your veggies at other meals. other than that, enjoy!
