Am I in jeopardy of losing my earnest money?

I have been trying to close escrow on a new house for almost 2 months. I did sign an extention, to continue the process. I have done everything timely when the loan company asked me for information to provide them. They would continue to drag there feet and when I called to see the status of the loan then there would be more questions to verify or provide doentation. Finally after provideing them with the last bit of info they said that an outside company would have to do the loan. So the outside company is now doing my loan and my realtor sent me a email to sign. It is titled outside lender report. Basically saying that they will only cover certain closing costs and that any money that is put toward the house will be theirs. Can I back out and get my earnest money back? I havent signed the report. Thank you.
