Well, it's not strictly a scam, but they are a ripoff. They will charge you a great deal upfront to lodge a visa application that you would have been able to lodge without their istance. There is NOTHING they can do to help you get a visa faster and there is NOTHING they can do to get a visa that you would not have been able to get by your own efforts. If you fill in their online essment, they will drive you crazy for ages until you sign up with them. If you really want to use a migration agent, there are better ones who are far more competent, less expensive and will give better and more personal service.
