are you trying to say that Africa has alot of oit (petrol)? and that is is flowing out of Africa to the north and they are taking oil that is not thiers? Oil does not flow, it is in substrata deposits. there is still plenty of oil in the mideast fields. you are very wrong in your umptions....and you really need to work on your English.
