Poli Sci people only!?

I need help finding a topic for a 10 page paper in my upper-level international negotiations course. Essentially, I'm looking for a case study in international negotiations to yze, if it's contemporary that's great, if it happened some time ago I must discuss the affects it has on today. The only requirement is that it must be government to government (not government to business or vice versa). I'd really like to do something related to economics so any help would be great.
