Have u ever noticed when u r taking a roadtrip, the truckers try to block u as u try to p?

they get side by side with another trucker(big rig) and block u....and won't u let u p until they r good & ready......we take many roadtrips & notice this time and time again....one actually sped up to block us....and for no reason....what's up with that?
