GC Services won't accept my visa, bank routing # or money orders. I don't have checks.. Wtf do I do?? Aahhhh!!?

I recently recieved a letter in the mail that stated that this is my final notice to pay $910.00 to GC Services within 30 days from the date on the letter or my license will be suspended. I am trying to pay them but they are telling me that they will not take my banks routing number and account number to set up payment arraingments. They said that they only take checks to set up a payment arraingement. I have paid debts with this company before without using checks. They will not accept my visa or any other method. I have never had checks in my life because I have never had a reason to use them. Checks are almost obsolete these days. They advised me to order checks. So I ordered checks. By the time the checks arrive it will be too late and my license will be suspended. I don't understand how they won't allow me to pay another kind of way. Anyone have any advice?? Even though I am at fault for letting it get this far.
